  • Preventive & Ongoing Maintenance HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general upkeep — coordinated and supervised through licensed, proven vendors.
  • Housekeeping & Property Readiness Scheduled cleanings, pre-arrival preparation, post-departure resets, and detailed condition reporting.
  • Utility & Association Management We handle utility payments (electricity, water, internet, insurance) and maintain all communication with associations and building management.
  • Delivery & Vendor Coordination Supervision of furniture deliveries, installations, repairs, and controlled access for contractors or service providers.
  • Rental Oversight (Optional) For owners who rent: listing management, lease execution, guest communication, turnovers, inspections, and maintenance between stays.
  • Tenant Placement & Replacement (Optional) Professional assistance sourcing, screening, and securing qualified tenants—always with transparency and care.
  • Monthly Condo/House Inspection For vacant properties: detailed walk-throughs, condition checks, and photo reporting. For rented units, upon request: monthly tenant check-ins to confirm condition and share feedback.
  • Owner Communication & Reporting Stay fully informed with regular updates, photos, inspection notes, and direct access to your dedicated manager.
